As we look at our lives and identify areas that
– make us unhappy
– we get stressed out about,
– make us angry or upset, or
– are not serving our purpose anymore
… we can choose to make a different decision and change.
Take life by the horns and live authentically.
If these areas are because of another’s actions or decisions, we cannot control what they do or say… but we can control how we respond – our feelings and thoughts.
